The Rolex Oyster Perpetual Deepsea Challenge reference 126067 combines a 50 mm case in RLX titanium with an intense black Chromalight dial, a unidirectional black Cerachrom bezel and an Oyster bracelet in matching titanium. Powered by the self-winding calibre 3230, this uncompromising design brings together extreme-pressure engineering, exceptional legibility and a distinctly technical presence.
The Deepsea Challenge extends the engineering principles developed for professional deep-sea exploration. Its imposing 50 mm Oyster case is constructed from RLX titanium, a grade 5 titanium alloy selected for its lightness, resistance to corrosion and ability to withstand deformation.
The intense black dial uses oversized geometric hour markers and broad hands filled with Chromalight luminescent material. The long-lasting blue emission creates a clear and immediate display in dark environments, while the absence of a date window preserves the balanced professional layout.
Its Ringlock System architecture incorporates a nitrogen-alloyed steel compression ring, a screw-down case back, a Triplock winding crown and a helium escape valve. A domed, 9.5 mm-thick sapphire crystal completes the structure above the dial.
The Oyster bracelet is also crafted from RLX titanium and uses three-piece solid links. A folding Oysterlock safety clasp is combined with the Rolex Glidelock system and a Fliplock extension link, allowing the bracelet to be adjusted without tools.
Large geometric hour markers and broad hands use long-lasting blue Chromalight luminescence for immediate reading in dark environments.
The unidirectional bezel features a virtually scratch-resistant black ceramic insert with a complete 60-minute graduation coated with platinum.
The self-winding mechanical movement uses bidirectional winding through a Perpetual rotor and provides an approximate 70-hour power reserve.
The specialized case architecture uses a compression ring, screw-down components and a helium escape valve to manage the extreme pressures associated with deep-sea exploration.
A scratch-resistant domed sapphire crystal measuring approximately 9.5 mm thick protects the dial and forms an essential part of the pressure-resistant case structure.
The three-piece titanium bracelet is secured by an Oysterlock safety clasp with Rolex Glidelock and Fliplock extension systems for tool-free adjustment.
Condition To Be Confirmed
The precise cosmetic and mechanical condition of this individual timepiece should be confirmed through detailed photographs and physical inspection. No authentication, service or operational history has been provided.
Inspection Required
The intense black dial, hands, Chromalight hour markers and domed sapphire crystal should be assessed individually to confirm their originality and precise cosmetic condition.
Inspection Required
The RLX titanium case, Cerachrom bezel, Triplock crown, helium escape valve, Oyster bracelet and extension systems should be inspected for marks, wear, previous refinishing and correct mechanical operation.
